My first Armenian cookbook! I have a passion for collecting cookbooks – Armenian cookbooks, that is. The first Armenian cookbook I ever received was given to Doug and me by our Aunt Arpie and Uncle Walter for our first wedding anniversary in 1978. That cookbook, ‘Armenian Cooking Today’ by Alice Antreassian, is one I still refer to after all these years. As of this writing, I have at least 20
